Professional Project Competency Management
The Dashboard shows the latest review of the logged in user. If the user happens to have more than one model (a.k.a job role) then the model name will become a drop down list (you can see this in the upper right-hand corner of the chart) that will allow the user to toggle between their reviews by choosing a model. This uses Ajax to load the corresponding review charts.
As you can see from the “chart key” in the sidebar, a check mark means a user has met their goal for a particular competency, a warning sign means they have fallen short, and a question mark means that management has yet to review the user for that particular competency.
On all of the competencies in which the user has fallen short, the system will recommend training provided by NLA.
The “Show Performance Descriptors” link will toggle a chart that indicates what the numbers (0-5) actually mean, but this information is common to the user and should not need to be viewed often (which is why is hidden by default).
