The newest addition to the system is the Feedback utility. The customer wanted a way for any user to provide feedback pertaining to the system, but wanted to categorize it in three ways:

  1. Report a defect
  2. Suggest an enhancement
  3. General Comment

I’ve implemented the interface similar to that of the Mailer, where clicking a checkbox will shift the blue bar to show that it is the selected option.

Currently, the system will save the feedback in the Database, and there is an option to send an email to the system account, as well.
