Once logged in, the admin tab becomes available at the top. Clicking that will give you this view.

Maybe the only thing worth mentioning, here, is the “Edit Latest” link for posts. It’s nice to be able to click to edit the latest article right from the main page. A lot of times I publish an article and then realize something I forgot/didn’t see (a misspelling); or if it’s still in draft mode, that’s typically the one that I’m going to edit the most. It works well for me so far.
