Professional Project Competency Management
Each model is made up of a group of competencies. A competency is nothing more than a small piece of an overall job, in which an employer can rate an employee on their performance. The “Competencies” tab shows a list of all the competencies that the logged in user is responsible for, broken down by model (a.k.a job role).
If the logged in user has the appropriate permissions, he/she can edit or delete the competency inline. Otherwise, the user is only able to look at the performance descriptors and the associated training linked up to that competency.
