Clicking on the “latest review” link next to an employee loads this view. It’s the same as the dashboard, only the chart corresponds to the employee’s data rather than your own.

The person who performed the review is highlighted in orange above the chart.

Also notice that this user only has one assigned model, so the model name is listed in the upper right-hand corner instead of a drop down to toggle models.

The Competency Management Service (CMS) was built to supplement the Network Learning Alliance. It’s a tool that allows a company to measure its performance by modeling the competencies of its employees.

Each company can build models that can be assigned to its employees. A model is really just a group of competencies that accurately reflects the very job being modeled. Each competency can be reviewed by multiple managers. Reviews are really the heart of the system.

The service suggests NLA training based on the outcome of those reviews. It has seamless integration with NLA via API’s on both ends, and all of the company management and authentication happens external to the CMS. It was a fun and challenging project to work on.
