Professional Project Competency Management
The big blue button in the sidebar that says, “Perform a Self-Review” is what gets you here.
The system is smart enough to automatically know if the review is a self review based on the logged in user vs. the employee being reviewed.
While in self-review mode, the system will not allow the user to set a “desired level” for his or herself. This is irrelevant and may add confusion as to where that data is used. Instead, that is set by the manager.
The review consists of rating yourself (0-5) for each of the competencies under a specific model. If you don’t have a self review for a model the system will create one; if you do have one, the system will update the existing review. It’s far more friendly on the database and that eliminates the option for tracking “past reviews” and such.
