Multiple Model reviews

This screen will interject a user trying to review an employee who has multiple models. Since a review has to be specific to an assigned model, the user must choose which model they’d like to perform the review against.

If the user only has a single model, clicking “review” next to that employee’s name will go straight to review mode, bypassing this screen.

There is a brief explanation highlighted in bright orange text above the list of models.

The Competency Management Service (CMS) was built to supplement the Network Learning Alliance. It’s a tool that allows a company to measure its performance by modeling the competencies of its employees.

Each company can build models that can be assigned to its employees. A model is really just a group of competencies that accurately reflects the very job being modeled. Each competency can be reviewed by multiple managers. Reviews are really the heart of the system.

The service suggests NLA training based on the outcome of those reviews. It has seamless integration with NLA via API’s on both ends, and all of the company management and authentication happens external to the CMS. It was a fun and challenging project to work on.
