Edit Learning Objects

A course and a learning object are essentially the same, with the main difference being a course is always at the root level of the tree. Having said that, you’ll notice that the course and learning object forms are strikingly similar—they have the same attributes.

However, when editing a learning object, the left hand side will list all of the screens associated with that object. It also allows drag-n-drop sorting to adjust the order in which those screens are presented.

The way the nesting works is if a learning object already has associated screens, then another learning object cannot be nested. However, if there are no screens, unlimited learning objects can be nested. A link next to “Details” will appear that says “Add a Learning Object under this one” if the option is allowed.
