The Contact Form

Somehow, people were contacting me via my Flickr account asking about future work. I don’t mind that at all, but I have to admit, that’s a pretty round-about way to get ahold of me. It was my fault of course, as I didn’t provide my contact information on my existing site.

So I thought a means to contact me would be a good thing for a portfolio to have. This form just allows for some basic information about a project or need of a potential client. The bold fields are required.

Notice the budget slider. I think that’s a pretty simple way to associate a price with the work.

Oh, and see the drop-down for “Project Type”? Those are pulled from the about section where I’m listing my skills. Clicking the link below the drop down will popup those skills again, so a potential client could easily be reminded of what they were. While a Project Type is optional, it helps me to quickly gauge what the project needs may be.
