Photography Thirst Quencher
Inspired by my favorite photographer, I decided to try out a “freeze” shot of my own.
This was 1 of 2 good one’s out of approximately 75-100 shots. I wanted the angled trajectory of the water, rather than straight up. I also wanted the ice to be visible, rather than muffled from the burst into the water. And overall, I just wanted a really clean, clear splash.
I think it came out pretty good. It’s not easy to land a piece of ice into a glass at precisely the right time to snap (and not to mention having the proper exposure)!
This one is hanging in my living room.
